2. REGISTRATION

Subscription Plans and Billing:

Subscriptions are billed in advance and require a valid credit card. Free trials may be offered at our discretion, and subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. For monthly plans, cancellation must occur before the renewal date; for annual plans, at least 30 days prior to renewal.
Changes to Service Tiers:
Upgrading your subscription will result in a pro-rated charge applied immediately, while downgrading will adjust your fees for the next billing cycle. Downgrading may lead to a reduction in features or account capacity, and Ozmaid is not liable for any resulting data loss.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Fees are non-refundable, including for unused service periods or partial months. Canceling a subscription will allow account access until the end of the current billing cycle. Ozmaid reserves the right to adjust pricing with a 14-day notice provided via email or app notification.
Credits and Promotions:
Credits issued for promotions can only be redeemed for service purchases and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Credits expire 12 months after issuance or upon account termination, and promotional offers may be discontinued at any time without notice.
Collection Costs:
Users are responsible for any costs incurred by Ozmaid to collect unpaid balances, including legal fees, arbitration expenses, and other related charges.

International Use and Export Controls

All software provided via Ozmaid, including apps and associated data, is subject to export controls. Software cannot be downloaded or exported in violation of these laws.
8. Mobile Services and Telephonic Communications
Mobile Services:

Consent is not required to purchase Ozmaid services. To opt out of such communications, notify us directly or respond with "STOP" to cancel. When you install or enable an Ozmaid-Built App, it is included as part of Ozmaid’s services and governed by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Transactions involving Third-Party Apps are solely between the user and the App Provider. While Ozmaid may list these apps, it is not a party to the transactions. App Providers are responsible for support, usage terms, and privacy policies for their apps. Users assume all risks associated with enabling or using Third-Party Apps, and issues must be resolved directly with the App Provider.

Beta Services are offered “as-is” and “as available” and may contain errors or bugs. Ozmaid provides no warranties regarding Beta Services and disclaims liability for any harm or damage resulting from their use.
Termination and Access:
Ozmaid reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Beta Services at any time. Access automatically ends upon the release of a general version or upon notice of termination. After termination, content within the Beta Service may be deleted or inaccessible. Ozmaid is not obligated to release a final or commercial version of any Beta Service.

Ozmaid disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The company is not responsible for third-party products or services advertised through the platform or any transactions between users and third-party providers. 16. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
