2. REGISTRATION

General Registration:

To register with Ozmaid, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a full legal name and a valid email address. Account Ownership:

3. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

Subscription Plans and Billing:

Ozmaid offers flexible subscription options, including monthly and annual plans, with details available on the pricing page or within the billing section of your account. Subscriptions are billed in advance and require a valid credit card. Free trials may be offered at our discretion, and subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. For monthly plans, cancellation must occur before the renewal date; for annual plans, at least 30 days prior to renewal.

Changes to Service Tiers:

Upgrading your subscription will result in a pro-rated charge applied immediately, while downgrading will adjust your fees for the next billing cycle. Downgrading may lead to a reduction in features or account capacity, and Ozmaid is not liable for any resulting data loss.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Fees are non-refundable, including for unused service periods or partial months. Canceling a subscription will allow account access until the end of the current billing cycle. Ozmaid reserves the right to adjust pricing with a 14-day notice provided via email or app notification.

Credits and Promotions:

Credits issued for promotions can only be redeemed for service purchases and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Credits expire 12 months after issuance or upon account termination, and promotional offers may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Collection Costs:

Users are responsible for any costs incurred by Ozmaid to collect unpaid balances, including legal fees, arbitration expenses, and other related charges.

4. Content Guidelines

User Content:

5. Restrictions on User Content and Service Use

Google-Sourced Software

3. Google provides the platform (Google Play) but is not responsible for Ozmaid’s Google-Sourced Software.
4. Ozmaid is solely accountable for its Google-Sourced Software.

6. Google is a third-party beneficiary of these terms in relation to Ozmaid’s Google-Sourced Software.

International Use and Export Controls

Ozmaid services are not intended for users in countries or territories on sanctioned lists by Canada or the United States. Accessing the service from such regions or by prohibited individuals is strictly prohibited. By using Ozmaid, you confirm you are not located in or associated with restricted countries or entities as outlined in these lists.

All software provided via Ozmaid, including apps and associated data, is subject to export controls. Software cannot be downloaded or exported in violation of these laws.

8. Mobile Services and Telephonic Communications

Mobile Services:

Ozmaid offers features accessible via mobile devices, including uploading content, browsing the platform, and accessing specific app functionalities. Standard charges, data rates, or other fees from your wireless carrier may apply when using these services. Note that not all features may work with all carriers or devices, and some mobile services may be restricted by your carrier.

Telephonic Communications:

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, texts, or other communications from Ozmaid or its affiliates for various purposes, including marketing, information, or service updates. Consent is not required to purchase Ozmaid services. To opt out of such communications, notify us directly or respond with "STOP" to cancel. Carrier charges may apply for calls, SMS, or MMS messages, and compatibility with mobile carriers or devices is not guaranteed.

Invitations and Referrals:

You can invite others to use Ozmaid by sharing their contact details or selecting contacts from your list. By doing so, you confirm that you have the recipient's consent to receive these messages or referrals.

The Ozmaid Marketplace allows users to explore and access a range of third-party software applications, tools, and add-ons (collectively referred to as "Third-Party Apps") developed by external providers ("App Providers") and Ozmaid’s own applications ("Ozmaid-Built Apps"). These apps may also be offered outside the marketplace through direct links or other means.

When you install or enable an Ozmaid-Built App, it is included as part of Ozmaid’s services and governed by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Transactions involving Third-Party Apps are solely between the user and the App Provider. While Ozmaid may list these apps, it is not a party to the transactions. App Providers are responsible for support, usage terms, and privacy policies for their apps. Users assume all risks associated with enabling or using Third-Party Apps, and issues must be resolved directly with the App Provider.

Developers interested in offering apps on the Ozmaid Marketplace must adhere to separate terms provided through our Developer Center or other agreements.

Ozmaid does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for Third-Party Apps or transactions conducted with App Providers. Users agree to indemnify Ozmaid against claims arising from their use of Third-Party Apps or dealings with App Providers.

11. Links, Advertisements, Third-Party Integrations, and Contests

The Ozmaid platform may include links to third-party websites and services, as well as integrations with third-party providers. These third-party integrations, available through Ozmaid, are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers, and Ozmaid does not endorse or take responsibility for their content, products, or services. To access these integrations, users may need to sign up directly with the provider and, in some cases, pay a fee to enable the service through Ozmaid.

Ozmaid may also host promotions, giveaways, or contests. Participation in these activities requires agreement to specific rules governing each event.

Limitations and Disclaimers:

Beta Services are offered “as-is” and “as available” and may contain errors or bugs. Ozmaid provides no warranties regarding Beta Services and disclaims liability for any harm or damage resulting from their use.

Termination and Access:

Ozmaid reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Beta Services at any time. Access automatically ends upon the release of a general version or upon notice of termination. After termination, content within the Beta Service may be deleted or inaccessible. Ozmaid is not obligated to release a final or commercial version of any Beta Service.

By using Beta Services, users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with pre-release technologies.

14. App Terms and Disclaimers

Cancellations

Ozmaid provides the App, website, and related services "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free performance. Results and outputs from using the service are not guaranteed to be accurate or reliable. Users download and use materials at their own risk and are solely responsible for any damage or data loss incurred.

Ozmaid disclaims all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. The company is not responsible for third-party products or services advertised through the platform or any transactions between users and third-party providers. Ozmaid assumes no liability for content exchanged through the service.

16. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

Ozmaid is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Website, App, or Service. Ozmaid may terminate your account or access to the Website or App without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to, breaches of terms, non-payment, legal requests, suspected fraud, abuse, or technical issues. Termination may result in the removal of materials you have uploaded. You can request deletion of your data, subject to our retention policy, and we will confirm deletion in writing upon request. Ozmaid is not liable for any termination or data removal.

19. Availability and Updates
